Time off & Earnings mean nothing

You won't get rich on the RE61 pool
Earnings between $4,800 & $5,600 per month
You will get some time at HOME 36 hrs to 50+ hrs

Each week I calculate the actual miles every space earns for a 15 day period. This includes Overtime and HAHT. Then I total all miles and divide by 3800. I am trying to keep miles close to 3800. If miles drift a bit over 3800 oh well. But I will NOT cut a space when it will make miles go over 3800 even by one mile. Will share data with ANYONE who request. WARNING when I'm on Vacation I use what employees register. Do not figure on spending 2 hours a week regulating when on Vacation. Will spend 5 minutes. No doubt board will be much shorter than it should be during this time.
